In the case of seasonal and seasonal interruptible requirements, additional charges shall be determined and applied for both market sectors in accordance with the provisions of the tariff decree in force at any time.
In the case of virtual storage, the applicable additional charges shall be determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract between the parties.
The fee for the basic services provided by SSO to the public utility services wholesale trader and the System Dispatcher shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the effective tariff Decree in force at any time (currently Decree No. 70/2003. (X.28.)), while supplementary services shall be charged according to individual agreements.
